北京某高校2006和2008年代谢综合征检出状况比较

目的：比较2006年和2008年北京某高校教职员工年度查体代谢综合征（MS）的检出率和影响因素。方法：使用预定的流行病学调查表,由专业人员询问调查人群的既往史,测量身高、体重、腰围、血压,并计算体重指数（BMI）值,除确诊2型糖尿病者,均统一行口服75g葡萄糖耐量试验（OGTT）,测空腹和负荷后2h血糖、血胰岛素、空腹血脂、尿酸、肝肾功能等指标。分别计算两年MS的检出率。结果：按照CDS和IDF的诊断标准,2006年MS检出率分别为8.9%、9.9%,2008年分别为15.1%、17.4%,MS检出率随年龄的增长而增加。2006年糖尿病、糖尿病前期、高血压、高甘油三酯和（或）低高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、BMI≥25kg/m2者、腰围异常（男性≥90cm,女性≥80cm）者的检出率分别为3.5%、6.6%、16.6%、30.3%、41.5%、20.6%,2008年分别为4.2%、8.1%、25.6%、36.4%、48.5%、30.7%,分别净增20.0%、22.7%、54.2%、20.1%、16.9%、49.0%。较2006年明显增加（P〈0.01）。结论：北京某高校教职员工具有较高的代谢综合征及其相关疾病的检出率,并呈增长趋势,以高血压和腰围的增加最为明显。

Comparison of metabolic syndrome detected in a college of Beijing during 2006 and 2008
