脂化前列腺素E注射液治疗急性脑梗死临床观察

目的:观察脂化前列腺素E(凯时注射液)治疗急性脑梗死的疗效。方法:将急性脑梗死患者62例随机分为:治疗组32例,对照组30例。治疗组:用凯时注射液10μg加生理盐水100 mL静脉滴注,每日1次,疗程14 d;对照组:用复方丹参注射液16 mL加入生理盐水250 mL中静脉滴注,每日1次,疗程14 d,其他治疗完全相同。结果:经1个疗程治疗后,治疗组总有效率81%,对照组总有效率40%,两组相比有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:凯时注射液治疗急性脑梗死有较好的疗效。

Clinical observation on acute cerebrel infarction treated by Prostaglandin E

Objective:To observe the clinical efficiency of Prostaglandin E in treating acute cerebral infarction.Method:Sixty-two patients randomizedequivalanty divided into treatment group(32 cases) and control group(30 cases).The patients in treatment group were given injective Kaishi 10 μg+0.9% NS 100 mL iv drip,qd,for forteen days.The patients in control group were given injective Dancen 16 mL+0.9%NS 250 mL.iv drip,qd,for forteen days.Other therapies are the same.Result:After one course of treatment,there were significant difference in the curative rate(81% vs 40%,P<0.01) between treatment group and control group.Conclusion:Injective Kaishi is an effective medicine in treatment acute cerebral infarction.
