摘    要:摘要:目的 探索厦门市中学生应激性生活事件的发生情况及特点,为学生心理健康教育工作提供依据。方法 采用青少年生活事件量表(ASLEC)对厦门市1 198名中学生进行问卷调查。结果 就群体而言,学习压力、人际关系因素构成中学生主要的应激源;对个体来说,亲友死亡、亲友患急重病等事件的应激量最大。女生、初中生、普通中学学生面临更多来自人际关系、学习压力、受惩罚等各方面的心理应激,而厦门市岛内外学生则几乎没有差异。结论 应根据生活事件特点对不同学生亚群体进行有针对性的心理健康教育和辅导。

Abstract:Abstract: Objective To investigate the occurrence and characteristics of stressful life events among middle school students in Xiamen, so as to provide basis for the psychological health research. Methods A total of 1198 middle school students in Xiamen were investigated by adolescent self-rating life events check list (ASLEC). Results For middle school students, the factors of study pressure and interpersonal relationship constituted the major stressors. For the individual, death or acute and severe illness from relatives or friends were found as the most serious life events. The female students, the junior middle school students, and the general middle school students were confronted with greater stress coming from the factors of interpersonal relationship, study pressure, being punished, etc., while there was almost no difference between the students inside and outside Xiamen Island. Conclusion Targeted mental health education should be carried out in middle schools according to different stressor.
