医疗机构5年间消毒监测状况研究

摘要:目的　为了解宝鸡市医疗机构消毒监测质量状况，探讨消毒监测工作中存在的问题，为今后预防医院感染工作提供依据。方法　收集2008-2012年间宝鸡市疾病预防控制中心消毒监测的数据，并用SPSS18.0对检测数据进行分析。 结果　2008-2012年每年的监测合格率分别是90.73%、92.39%、92.04%、92.66%和93.67%，5年的合格率比较差异无统计学意义（χ2＝1.76，P＞0.05）。5年间不同的监测项目合格率分别是90.15%、71.03%、93.75 %、99.17%、97.20%和100%，差异有统计学意义（χ2＝183.03，P＜0.05）。将这五年的样本来源分为三级医院、二级医院、社区及厂矿医院检测结果进行统计学比较，合格率分别是95.83%、91.19%和92.16%，差异无统计学意义（χ2＝4.32，P＞0.05）。结论　医疗机构消毒监测的合格率总体比较平稳保持在90.73%～93.67%，平均合格率在92.30%；不同级别医院的合格率没有差异；采样的项目中医务人员手合格率低，相关部门应该给予关注。

Five-year disinfection quality surveillance of medical institutions

Abstract: Objective To survey disinfection quality surveillance of medical institutions in Baoji and explore possible problems, and ultimately to provide the basis for the future work of prevention hospital infection. Methods The data about disinfection quality surveillance of medical institutions was collected from Baoji center for disease prevention and control during 2008-2012, and it was analyzed by SPSS software. Results During 2008-2012, the qualified rates of each year are 90.73%, 92.39%, 92.04%, 92.66% and 93.67%, respectively, and the difference on qualified rates in the five years is not statistically significant by χ2 test (χ2=1.76, P>0.05). The qualified rates of different monitoring items are 90.15%, 71.03%, 93.75 %, 99.17%, 97.20% and 100%, respectively, and the difference on qualified rates is statistically significant by χ2 test (χ2=183.03, P<0.05). The sample source over five years can be divided into tertiary hospitals, secondary hospitals, community- and factory- hospitals, and the qualified rates of different hospitals is 95.83%, 91.19%, 92.16%, respectively, without statistical significance by χ2 test (χ2=4.32, P>0.05). Conclusion Qualification rates of disinfection of medical institutions were overall stable between 90.37%-93.67%, with the average qualified rate of 92.37%. Different hospital levels did not differ in terms of the qualified rate. Hands qualified rate for the medical staff in the sampling project is low, and therefore relevant departments should give attention.
