摘    要:摘要:目的 探讨蒙古族人群血浆肾素活性(PRA)和血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)与平均动脉压的(MAP)关系。方法 对2589例蒙古族对象进行人口统计学特征、生活方式等危险因素的调查、身高体重和血压的测量以及PRA和AngⅡ等指标的实验室检测。采用单因素和多因素的分析方法,分析PRA和AngⅡ与MAP的关联关系。结果 蒙古族人群中,PRA与MAP之间呈负相关(r=-0.125,P<0.001)。多因素调整后,与最低分位组相比,PRA最高分位组的MAP升高的OR值(95%CI)为0.57(0.42~0.76)。AngⅡ与MAP之间呈正相关(r=0.119,P<0.001)。多因素调整后,与最低分位组相比,AngⅡ最高分位组的MAP升高的OR值(95%CI)为2.25(1.71~2.98)。结论 在蒙古族人群中,PRA水平降低和AngⅡ水平增加可增加MAP升高危险。

Abstract:Abstract: Objective To investigate the associations between plasma rennin activity (PRA), angiotensin II (AngII) and mean arterial pressure (MAP) among a Mongolian population. Methods Demographic information and lifestyle risk factors were investigated, and body height, weight and blood pressure were measured. PRA and AngII were tested for 2589 Mongolian participants 20 years and older. Univariate and multivariate analysis methods were used to analyze the associations between PRA and AngII and MAP. Results Among the Mongolian population, there was a negative correlation between PRA and MAP (r=-0.125). There was a positive correlation between AngII and MAP with a correlation coefficient of 0.119 (P<0.001). All participants were categorized by quartiles of PRA and AngII. After multivariate adjustment, the OR (95% CI) of increased MAP for participants in the highest quartile group of PRA was 0.57 (0.42-0.76), compared with the lowest quartile group of PRA. After multivariate adjustment, the OR (95% CI) of increased MAP for participants in the highest quartile group of AngII was 2.25 (1.71-2.98), compared with the lowest quartile group of AngII. Conclusion Among Mongolians, decreased PRA and elevated AngII would increase MAP.
