广州市某区托幼机构消毒效果监测结果分析

摘    要:摘要:目的 为了解该区托幼机构消毒质量现况,找出该区托幼机构消毒工作管理存在问题,分析并探讨该区托幼机构消毒工作管理模式,为卫生、教育部门提供科学依据。方法 采用现场随机抽样方法,对托幼机构的室内空气、物体表面、玩具、手表面、使用中消毒剂、紫外灯辐照强度和学生饭堂食(饮)具进行检测,对检测结果进行统计分析。结果 对31所托幼机构卫生消毒效果进行检查监测.共监测托幼机构9大类共945宗样品,合格689宗,合格率为72.91%。大中小型托幼机构合格率分别为69.70%、76.63%、83.33%,合格率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);公立、私立托幼机构合格率分别为94.87%和68.06%,合格率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);室内空气、物体表面、玩具、手表面、餐饮具、使用中消毒剂和紫外灯辐照强度消毒效果检测合格率分别为96.69%、82.52%、83.22%、50.68%、81.54%、100.00%和42.24%,合格率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 加强私立托幼机构消毒技术培训和技术指导,提高手表面消毒效果和紫外灯辐照强度合格率。

Abstract:Abstract: Objective In the study area, to understand the disinfection quality in nurseries and provide a scientific basis for the health and education sectors, identify the problems in the management of nurseries disinfection, analyze and explore the area nurseries disinfection management. Methods Scene random sampling method was used to test the nurseries indoor air, surfaces, toys, hand surface, the use of disinfectants, UV light irradiation intensity and the student canteen food (drink), and the statistical analysis was conducted. Results 31 nurseries were monitored nurseries with nine categories of 945 samples, with 689 qualified, and a passing rate of 72.91%. Passing rates for the large, medium and small nurseries were 69.70%, 76.63%, 83.33%, respectively, with a significant difference (P<0.05); Passing rates for public, private childcare institutions were 94.87% and 68.06%, respectively, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Passing rates for indoor air, surface, toys, hand surface, tableware, use of disinfectants and disinfection UV light irradiation intensity qualified rate were 96.69%, 82.52%, 83.22%, 50.68%, 81.54%, 100.00% and 42.24%, respectively, with a significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Strengthen the training and technical guidance of disinfection technology in private nurseries to improve hand disinfection and surface radiation intensity UV light passing rates.
