摘    要:目的 对某医院改建的数字X射线摄影(DR)机房产生的放射性职业病危害因素进行建设项目职业病危害控制效果放射防护评价。方法 依据国家相关的放射卫生标准与方法进行。结果 该DR机性能及机房的屏蔽防护均符合国家相关标准的要求,但仍存在一些问题如:放射工作人员未按规定及时培训等。结论 该项目能够遵循国家有关法律、法规、规章、标准、规范要求,其射线装置电离辐射危害防护设施和防护措施可行、有效,符合要求。能有效降低电离辐射对工作人员及公众的危害,该工程的放射性危害防护设施等条件达到竣工验收的要求。

Abstract:Objective To make the control effect evaluation of a digital X-ray photography (DR) room in a hospital construction projects on the radioactive occupational-disease-inductive factors of occupational disease hazard of radiological protection. Methods To be carried out on the basis of the national relative radiation sanitation standard. Results The performance of the DR machine and the shielding protection all conform to the requirements of relevant national standard, but there are still some problems among which:radiation staff was not trained in a timely manner in accordance with stipulations. Conclusion This project can follow the relevant state laws, regulations, rules, standards and specification requirements. Its radiation equipment ionizing radiation hazard protective facilities and protective measures are feasible, effective and meet the requirements. It can effectively reduce the ionizing radiation harm to workers and the public. The project of radioactive hazard prevention facilities conditions meet the requirements of the completion acceptance.
