预防艾滋病抗体初筛阳性献血者再次献血探讨

摘要:目的　探讨HIV（Human Immunodeficiency Virus，HIV）抗体初筛阳性献血者再次献血的情况，保证血液安全。方法　对3例经血站检测HIV抗体阳性献血者再次献血情况进行整理分析。结果　3例HIV抗体初筛阳性献血者经当地疾病控制中心确证试验2例为阴性，1例阳性；2例采用非正常程序再次参与无偿献血。结论　加强献血者身份核对、献血后告知并有效进行血液安全知识宣教，加强全省乃至全国采供血机构间的信息交流是预防HIV阳性献血者再次献血的必要措施。

Discussion of the second blood donation from the human immunodeficiency virus antibody positive blood donors

Abstract: Objective To study the second blood donation from the HIV (human immunodeficiency virus, HIV) antibody positive donors to ensure the safety of blood. Methods 3 donors with blood detection of positive HIV antibody were sorted out and analyzed. Results 3 patients with positive HIV antibody in blood donors were screened by the local disease control center confirmation test, and 2 cases were negative, 1 were positive; 2 cases with non standard program to participate in blood donation again. Conlusion Strengthening donors identity check, keeping blood donors informed and effective blood safety knowledge education, the exchange of information between institutions are the necessary measures to prevent HIV positive blood donors from donating blood.
