泪道塞置入术治疗干眼症的临床研究进展

泪道塞置入术是一种通过栓塞泪道减少泪液从泪道流失来治疗严重干眼症的方法。随着泪道塞的改良和新型泪道塞的不断出现，泪道塞置入术逐渐被推广使用，人们对其临床适应证、禁忌证、不良反应及处理都有了新的认识，本文就其临床应用新进展进行综述，为临床合理使用提供参考。

Research progress on lacrimal plugs implantation for dry eye

Lacrimal plugs implantation is a method used to treat severe dry eye by reducing the tears drainage through the lacrimal system. With the improvement of lacrimal plugs and invention of new-type lacrimal plugs ,they have been used more and more in clinic. The clinical indications , contraindications , adverse reactions and treatment are focused gradually by clinicians. This article reviews the research progress in clinical application of lacrimal plugs, and provide references to use lacrimal plugs reasonably for clinicians.
