河南省新婚夫妇免费婚检的知信行分析

摘要:目的　通过问卷调查，了解河南省准新人免费婚检的知信行现状和存在的问题，为改善河南省婚前检查工作提供可行的政策建议。方法　在河南省随机抽取17个区（县）进行问卷调查，使用SPSS19.0进行数据录入和分析。结果　调查对象对河南省免费婚检包括项目及检出疾病等知识了解不够，对婚检必要性认识不足，对取消强制婚检规定认识存在偏差；50.4%的被调查者参加了婚检，调查对象参加婚检的原因男女有别。结论　河南省免费婚检政策对婚检率恢复贡献巨大；婚检率存在地区差异，调查的17个区（县）中只有通许县婚检率达到100%，这与地方的具体实施策略密切相关。

Knowledge,attitudes and practices (KAP) analysis on newlywed's free premarital examination in Henan Province

Abstract: Objective To understand KAP status and problems of free premarital examination in Henan, and to provide practical policy recommendations for improving premarital examination in Henan Province. Methods 17 district (county) of Henan Province were randomly selected to carry on the questionnaire survey, and SPSS19.0 was used for data entry and analysis. Results The survey shows people lacked understanding and awareness of the need for premarital examination, and people did not correctly understand the abolition of mandatory premarital regulations. 50.4% respondents had participated in premarital examination, and the male and female present distinct motivations for the participation. Conclusion The free policy in Henan greatly contribute to the recovery of premarital examination rate, and there are regional differences in rates regarding premarital examination. Among the 17 districts (counties), only Tongxu County had a 100% premarital examination rate, which is closely related to the specific implementation strategy.
