| 摘 要： | 目的探讨婴幼儿使用广角数码儿童视网膜成像系统（Retcam）行荧光素眼底血管造影（Fluorescein Fundus Angiography,FFA）的护理。方法2014年1月~10月在我院儿童眼底外科就诊的眼底血管类疾病婴幼儿共19例。均使用Retcam进行荧光素眼底血管造影检查。结果经FFA确诊早产儿视网膜病变14例，家族性渗出性玻璃体视网膜病变2例，永存原始玻璃体增生症1例，外层渗出性视网膜病变1例，视网膜母细胞瘤1例。所有患儿检查顺利，未出现严重并发症。结论应用Retcam行婴幼儿FFA，是一种安全、有效的检查方法。良好的护理配合能够保证检查准确、顺利地完成。

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo investigate nursing cooperation of fluorescein fundus angiography (FFA) by Retcam for infants. MethodsNineteen infants were diagnosed as fundus vascular disease in pediatric retina department from January 2014 to October 2014. ResultsFourteen cases with retinopathy of prematurity, two cases with familial exudative vitreoretinopathy, one case with persistent hyperplastic primary vitreous, one caseswith Coats disease, one case with retinoblastoma were confirmed after FFA. All of the patients underwent FFA smoothly, without any severe complications. ConclusionFluorescein fundus angiography by Retcam is a safe, effective ocular fundus examination method. Good nursing cooperation is able to ensure accurately, smoothly complete it. |
