摘    要:聚酰胺-胺树状大分子(polyamidoamine dendrimer, PAMAMD)因具有高度枝化、结构可控、单分散性等特点,已广泛应用于生物医学领域。靶向分子修饰后的PAMAMD可作为各种客体分子的靶向载体,显著提高客体分子的生物相容性、分散稳定性和靶向性,现已广泛应用于癌症成像诊断和靶向治疗研究。本文介绍了PAMAMD靶向系统特点,并综述了近年来该系统在卵巢癌诊断和治疗中的应用,包括在循环肿瘤细胞(circulation tumor cells, CTCs)捕获、卵巢癌成像诊断和靶向治疗中的应用,最后讨论了该系统在卵巢癌研究中所面临的挑战及应用前景。

Abstract:Polyamidoamine dendrimer(PAMAMD), which have hyperbranched, well defined and monodisperse structures, is widely used in biomedical area. After targeting ligands linked to surface functional groups, PAMAMD could be used as the carriers in targeted systems to significantly improve the object molecular biocompatibility, dispersion stability and targeting property, and has been widely used in the studies of cancer imaging diagnosis and targeted therapy. In this paper, we briefly introduce the characteristics of PAMAMD targeted system, and review the research progress of PAMAMD targeted system in the diagnosis and treatment of ovarian cancer, including the capture of circulating tumor cells(CTCs), imaging diagnosis and targeted therapy; at last we discuss the application prospects and challenges of the system faced in the research of ovarian cancer.
