近视牵引性黄斑病变手术治疗的进展

近视牵引性黄斑病变是一种缓慢进展的退行性疾病，在高度近视伴后巩膜葡萄肿眼中具有较高的发病率。普遍认为其发病机制为后极部视网膜受到的内外层的机械性牵引力所致。近视牵引性黄斑病变以手术治疗为主，但近年来学者在手术时机的把握和手术方式的选择上存在较多争议。本文就此类疾病手术治疗的进展作一综述。

Surgical management of myopic traction maculopathy

Myopic traction maculopathy ( MTM) is a kind of degenerated disease which develops slowly , with high incidence in highly myopic eyes with posterior staphyloma. It has been well recognized that the pathogenesis is caused by the mechanical traction from the inner and outside layers of the retina. Surgery is the main treatment to MTM .while the surgical timing and the options of surgery procedures are still under debated these years. This review summarizes the surgical management of MTM.
