中药治疗肝内胆管结石合并肝内胆汁淤积56例疗效观察

目的:观察肝内胆管结石合并肝内胆汁淤积中医治疗的临床疗效。方法:治疗组56例用中药赤芍、栀子、大黄、郁金、枳壳、木香、牛膝、茵陈、金钱草、茯苓、生地黄、鸡内金治疗,并与西医内科治疗35例作对照观察。结果:治疗组中治愈29例,好转19例,无效8例,总有效率为85.71％,对照组总有效率为28.57％,两组比较差异非常显著(P<0.01),治疗组治疗前后结果比较,差异非常显著(P<0.01),治疗过程中,无出现明显不良反应。结论:中医药治疗肝内胆管结石合并肝内胆汁淤积疗效显著,无明显不良反应。

Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of Chinese Drugs on 56 Cases of Calculi of Biliary Duct Complicated by Bile Stasis in the Liver

Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of TCM treatment on calculi of biliary duct complicated by bile stasis in the liver. Methods: The treatment group (56 cases) were treated with Chi Shao (Radix Paeoniae Rubra), Zhi Zi (Fructus Gardeniae), Da Huang (Radix et Rhizoma Rhei), Yu Jin (Radix Curcumae), Zhi Qiao (Fructus Aurantii), Mu Xiang (Radix Aucklandiae), Niu Xi (Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae), Yin Chen (Herba Artemisiae Capillaris), Jin Qian Cao (Herba Lysimachiae), Puling (Poria), Sheng Di Huang (Radix Rehmanniae), Ji Nei Jin (Endothelium Corneum Gigeriae Galli), and the control group (35 cases) were treated with western medicine. Results indicated that 29 cases were cured, 19 cases improved and 8 cases were ineffective , with a total effective rate of 85. 71% in the treatment group;and the total effective rate was 28. 57% in the control group, with a significant difference between the two groups (P < 0. 01); and in treatment group there was a significant difference in the therapeutic effect before and after treatment (P < 0. 01), and obvious adverse reaction was not found in the treatment group: Conclusion: The therapy has an obvious therapeutic effect on calculi of biliary duct complicated by bile stasis in the liver without obvious adverse reaction.
