质子泵抑制剂治疗胃食管吻合术后反流51例

目的探讨胃食管吻合术后胃食管反流的治疗方法。方法近5年使用不同方法治疗的食管癌、贲门癌术后胃食管反流患者分为使用质子泵抑制剂（PPI）的治疗组和未使用PPI的对照组，整理这些患者的随访复查资料，计算症状和内镜检查积分，进行对比和统计处理；并收集后续治疗情况。结果治疗组症状积分和内镜积分明显低于对照组。相当多的对照组患者在后续治疗中需要使用PPI；很多患者需要长期使用PPI。结论食管、贲门癌术后使用PPI治疗胃食管反流效果较好，部分患者需要长期使用。

51 cases of gastro-esophageal reflux after gastric pull-up esophagectomy with anastomosis cured by proton pump inhibitor

Objective To discuss the therapy of gastro - esophageal reflux after gastric pull - up esophagectomy with anastomosis. Methods We cured the esophageal carcinoma and cardial carcinoma patients with gastro - esophageal reflux after operation by different methods in the past 5 years. These patients were divided into 2 groups ： the therapeutic group, in which the patients were treated by proton pump inhibitor （ PPI）, and the control group, in which the patients were not treated by PPI. We collected the data of the patients during follow - up, investigated the conditions of symptoms, endoscopy, compared the data, and collected the conditions of later treatment. Results The symptom score and endoscopic score of the therapeutic group were markedly lower than those of the control group. Many of the patients needed the use of PPI in later treatment for a long time. Conclusion PPI is effective to cure the gastro - esophageal reflux after gastric pull - up esophagectomy with anastomosis. Some of the patients need the long - term treatment of PPI.
