| 摘 要： | 目的 提高肾移植术后急性排斥反应 (简称急排 ,AR)的诊治水平。方法 回顾分析 3例肾移植急排患者的临床资料。结果 3例急排肾移植病人均经抗排斥治疗 ,恢复肾功能。结论 急性排斥反应 ,早期发现、早期诊断并合理应用抗排斥药物 ,有助于急排的治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective To improve the diagnostic and treatment level of acute rejection after renal transplantation. Methods The clinical data of 3 cases renal transplantation were analyzed retrospectively. Results The anti-rejection treatment was performed in 3 patients of acute rejection stage after renal transplantation and the renal function was recovery. Conclusion The early diagnosis and early treatment might be helpful combined with reasonable antibiotics. |
