| Abstract: | Osteochondral fracture of the distal tibia is an uncommon injury. We report two cases in which ankle trauma resulted in an elongated osteochondral defect in the distal tibia, and we describe the radiographic, scintigraphic, computed tomographic, magnetic resonance, and arthroscopic findings. |
