缺铁性贫血临床治疗的药物经济学分析

目的:从医疗供给者的角度,对孕妇缺铁性贫血采用的二种不同治疗方法进行经济学分析,以期能对目前临床上对缺铁性贫血的治疗提供借鉴。方法:运用前瞻性、开放式随机双盲对照的研究手段,观察不同治疗方案的疗效和安全性,结合药物经济学研究方法中的最低限度分析法,对各种不同药物的治疗效果进行经济学评价。结果:各治疗方案的治愈率均为100%,两组结果无显著性差异(P>0.05),但经济学分析却显示,速力菲治疗组的成本低于天一血泰组。结论:在疗效相同的情况下速力菲组治疗方案优于天一血泰组。

Pharmacoeconomical analysis of clinic treatment for iron deficiency anemia

Objective:To observe two different drug therapies for iron deficiency anemia in pregnant women from the point of medical prescriber.Methods:By prespective,open randomized,double blind controlled study,the therapeutic effects and security of every group were observed and evaluated economically on drug therapy and effects by the lowest line analysis in pharmacoeconomy.Results:The patients cure rate of two groups was 100%,there was no significant difference between two group,but the pharmacoeconomical analysis reveal that the cost of sulifei group was lower than that of the tianyixuetai group. Conclusion:The sulifei group is better than that of the tianyixuetai group under the circumstance of their equal therapeutical effects.
