| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨头部亚低温对缺血脑组织的保护作用。方法 :大鼠全脑缺血后头部置于 15～ 2 0℃的低温环境中 2 4h ,分别与常温组及空白对照组比较体温、脑组织含水量、海马区神经细胞数量和形态学变化。结果 :低温组体温下降幅度较大 ,神经细胞计数与常温组比较差异有显著性 ,脑组织含水量明显低于常温组和对照组。结论 :头部亚低温能明显降低全身温度 ,减轻脑水肿 ,保护缺血的脑组织

Protective effects of cranial mild-moderate hypothermia on the ischemic brain tissues in rats |

| Abstract: | Aim: To investigate the protective effects of cranial mild-moderate hypothermia on the ischemic brain tissues.Methods:The rat heads were placed in hypothermia conditions(15～20℃) for 24 hours after global brain ischemia.The comparison was made respectively in observation group,normal temperature group and control group for changes of body temperature,water content of brain tissues,neuron counts in hippocampi and tissue morphology.Results:The reduced range in body temperature and neuron counts in observation group was greater,and water content of brain tissues was significantly lower than those in normal temperature and control groups.Conclusion:Cranial mild-moderate hypothermia can significantly reduce the body temperature and water content of brain tissues so as to protect the ischemic brain tissues. |
