系列痹症制剂综合治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床研究

目的 观察系列痹证制剂综合治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法 将３７８例患者随机分为综合治疗组、痹症１号胶囊组和肠溶阿斯匹林组，对服药过程中的反应及疗效进行详细观察，并于停药１个月、３个月、６个月进行随访。结果 综合治疗组的疗效与药物反应相关；综合治疗组的有效率随着时间的推移呈上升趋势；１个月、３个月、６个月的有效率分别为７４．４％、８１．２％和８４．１％，与两对照组比有非常显著性差异。结论 系列痹症

Clinical: Research on Treatment of prolapse of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc with Arthralgia Prepararation Series

OBJECTIVE To observe the therapeutic effect of arthralgia prepatation series in the treatment of prolapse of lumber interver- tebral disc.METHOD 378 patients were divided randomly into a comprehensive treatment group a group treated with No. 1 Arthralgia Cap- Capsule, and a group treated with aspirin. Detailed observations were made on the effect of the medicine and follow-up studies were carried out one, three and six months ther withdrawal of the medicine. RESULT In the comprehensive treatment group, the patients respond to the medicine and the effective rate increased steadily, being 74.4% (after one month), 81 .2% (after three months) and 84. l% (after six months), with marked significance as compared with the other groups. CONCLUSION The arthralgia preparation series is superior to aspirin in the treatment of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc. It is safe, effective and desirable.
