| 摘 要： | 本文借助血液流动双弹性腔模型分析计算了正常人与主动脉功能不全患者舒张期肱动压力的相位谱，并与压力曲线相比较，结果表明相位谱能更明显地判别二者压力间的差异，从而为用双弹性腔膜型研究心血管疾病患者舒张期动脉压力提供一个新方法。

| Abstract: | his paper frist analysed the phase spectra of diastolic brachial arterial pressure of normal subjects and aortic insufficiency patients using two elastic reservoir model of the circulatory system,and compared the phase spectra with the actually measured patient arterial pressure data of diastolic brachial artery pressure curve.The results showed that it is easier to distinguish the difference of diastolic brachial artery pressure from the phase spectra than the pressure curve between normal subjects and aortic nsufficiency patients,which may be useful in the clinical application of the two elastic reservoir model in studying diastolic brachial artery pressure of patients with cardiovascular disseases. |
