摘    要:目的 :观察黄芪防治冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法 :冠心病心绞痛患者 10 5例 ,随机分为黄芪治疗组、消心痛组和丹参片组 ,分别给予黄芪、消心痛和复方丹参片治疗 4周。结果 :黄芪组用药后不仅能明显缓解冠心病心绞痛患者的临床症状 ,而且能改善心电图、血液流变性和左心功能 ,尤其对心电图改变比较明显 ,心电图总有效率为 83.5 %,与两个对照组比较差异均显著 (P均 <0 .0 5 )。结论 :黄芪能缓解冠心病心绞痛的临床症状 ,并能改善心肌缺血和左心功能。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the effects of Astragalus membranaceus(AM) in treating angina pectoris caused by coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods:One hundred and five patients with angina pectoris were enrolled in the study for 4 weeks by a randomized clinical trial treated with AM,isosorbide and composite salviae miltiorrhiza tablet.The improvement of electrocardiogram(ECG),hemorrheology and left heart function were observed.Results:After treating with AM,the patients were markedly relieved from angina pectoris.The effective rate of ECG improvement was 83.5%.The treatment effect of angina pectoris with AM was significantly in comparing with two control groups (all P<0.05).Conclusions:AM can effectively improve the symptoms of angina pectoris,myocardial ischemia and left heart function.
