| Abstract: | Chiral N-Alkylnorhexobarbitals Syntheses of the racemates and the enantiomers of the N-alkylnorhexobarbitals 2a --c are reported. The stereospecific condensations of disubstituted cyanoacetates with highly alkylated ureas proceed in the same direction as with N-methylurea. |
