| 摘 要： | 目的建立健康成人外周血T淋巴细胞分选纯化的方法 ,并对分选结果进行纯度鉴定。方法对10例健康成人外周血T淋巴细胞进行荧光抗体标记,采用流式细胞仪进行分选及纯度鉴定。结果流式细胞仪分选T淋巴细胞纯度为（94.40±3.3）%,最高纯度达98%,回收率约为95%。结论应用流式细胞术,可从外周血中快速分选出高纯度的CD3＋T淋巴细胞。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish the method that can be used to purify peripheral blood T-lymphocytes of the healthy adults and to identify purity of sorting. Methods To label peripheral blood T-lymphocytes of 10 healthy adults with fluorescence antibody, and to sort T-lymphocytes and to identify purity with flow cytometry. Results The purity of T-lymphocytes is （94.40±3.3）%; the highest purity is up to 98 % and the recovery is about 95% with flow cytometry. Conclusion We can quickly sort CD3＋ T-lymphocyte with higher purity from the peripheral blood by Flow cytometry. |
