| 摘 要： | 目的：根据同层动态CT增强扫描技术而得出3种不同类型的TDC趋势曲线，并探讨其应用于前列腺结节的定性诊断价值。方法：采用同层动态CT增强扫描技术检查9例前列腺结节，把前列腺特异抗原（PSA）升高且已诊断明确的病人分为3组，获得3种不同类型的TDC趋势曲线。在37例前列腺结节患者中前瞻性应用3种不同的TDC趋势曲线分型对前列腺结节进行术前定性评估，并与病理对照。结果：前瞻性检查和定性评估前列腺结节37例，27例经过穿刺或手术病理确诊，25例术前CT诊断与病理诊断一致。结论：前列腺结节3种不同类型的TDC趋势曲线对前列腺结节的诊断准确率高，也可作为B超穿刺的指导，从而提高穿刺的阳性率。 |
