联苯双酯的共沉淀物和固体分散物的制备及其对湿度的稳定性

摘    要:联苯双酯从它的PVP共沉淀物和它的PEG4000、PEG6000的固体分散物中的体外溶出速率明显高于市售片剂(P<0.01),非离子表面活性剂对联苯双酯的共沉淀物和固体分散物体外溶出速率几乎无影响,联苯双酯的固体分散物对湿度(75%RH,40℃)的稳定性高于其共沉淀物。

Abstract:In view of the face that biphenyl dimethyl dicarboxylate(BDD), an oral antihepatitie drug, exhibits a very low water solubility and gastrointestinal absorption,a coprecipitate of the drug in PVP(K=27-33)and several of its solid dispersions in PEG 6000 and PEG 4000 with or without non-ionic surfactant were prepared. The dissolution rate of BDD was increased when it was in solid dispersions,and especially when it was in coprecipitate. It was found that non-ionic surfactant in test concentrations had no significant influence on dissolution rate of BDD from its coprecipitate or solid dispersions. Under the condition of 75% RH at 40℃ for four weeks, BDD was found much more stable in solid dispersions than in coprecipitate.
