北京市怀柔区某村肥胖村民现状分析

目的了解肥胖村民的血压、血糖、血脂的指标现状,为下一步防治措施提供依据。方法整群抽取北京市怀柔区某村民,以亚洲成年人体重指数（BMI）为标准,随机抽取肥胖者,将38.0～65.3岁的村民共101人作为调查对象。分析其高血压、高血糖、血脂异常的患病情况。结果调查人群血压、血糖、血脂检测率均为100%。其中高血压、空腹血糖受损及糖尿病、血脂异常患病率分别为54.4%、5.8%、60.2%,男性高血压、空腹血糖受损、血脂异常患病率分别为56.3%、12.5%、62.5%,均高于女性患病率的54.0%、4.6%、59.8%。随着年龄的增加（〈35～45岁组）,高血压、空腹血糖受损、血脂异常患病率逐年增加。调查对象对中国成人肥胖BMI值、女性腰围、男性腰围知识知晓率分别为4.0%、27.7%、15.8%。结论村民肥胖者血压、血糖、血脂异常患病率高,对肥胖知识知晓率低。应从做好社区监测管理,加强健康教育、健康促进工作入手,这对疾病预防控制有重要意义。

Status Analysis of Overweight Villagers in Hurairou District of Beijing City

Objective]To understand the status of overweight villagers＇ blood pressure,blood glucose and blood lipid,and provide evidence for further treatment and prevention.Methods]Cluster sampling was adopted to select 101 overweight villages aged 38.0～65.3 years from Huairou District,according to Asian adults BMI.The prevalence of hypertension,hyperglycemia,dyslipidemia were analyzed.Results]The detection rates of blood pressure,blood glucose and blood lipid all were 100%.The incidence of hypertension,impaired fasting glucose and diabetes,dyslipidemia was 54.4%,5.8%,60.2%,respectively.Those of male were 56.3%,12.5%,62.5%,higher than 54.0%,4.6%,59.8%of female.With the age growing （〈35～45 age group）,the incidence of hypertension,impaired fasting glucose,dyslipidemia increased annually.The awareness of Chinese adults obesity BMI,Female waist,male waist was 4.0%,27.7% and 15.8%,respectively.Conclusion]The incidence of blood pressure,blood glucose and blood lipid abnormalities of overweight villagers is high,and their knowledge level of obesity was low.It is necessary to implement community monitoring,to strengthen health education and promotion which plays important role in disease control and prevention.
