丙型肝炎病毒感染者肝组织中病毒相关抗原的表达

为研究丙型肝炎病毒结构和非结构抗原在肝组织中的分布状况及其相互关系，应用免疫组织化学方法，以多克隆抗－ＨＣＶ和单克隆抗－ＨＣＶ－ＮＳ３，ＮＳ５及ＣＰ１０，对一组ＨＣＶ感染者石蜡包埋组织ＨＣＶ抗原进行检测。

The expression of hepatitis C virus-related antigens in the liver tissues of patients infected by HCV

To understand the distribution of structional and non-structional components of hep-atitis C virus(HCV)in liver tissue,we detected HCV antigens by immunohistochemical method us-ing polyclonal antibody to HCV and monoclonal antibodies to HCV-NS3,NS5 and cOre(CP10)re-spectively.The results showed that HCV antigens in liver tissues could be detected by using all thefour antibodies.The positive rates were 32.2%,24.7%,59.1%and 52.7%respectively,the stainsignals of HCV-NS5 and CP10 were stronger than that of HCV-NS3,and the positive granules werelocated in the cytoplasm of liver cells.Three types of distribution of positive cells were found:scat-tering,clustering and diffusive. No obvious topographical relationship was observed between the ex-pression of HCV-NS3 or CP10 and inflammatory reaction,but necrosis of liver cells or/and inflam-matory infiltration could be found around the HCV-NS5 positive cells. These results indicated thatthe expression of HCV antigens in liver cells was not equal and the expression of HCV-NS5 mighttake part in the pathogenesis of HCV.
