| 摘 要： | 目的:建立六味地黄汤有效成分含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法定量,乙腈-0.15%磷酸梯度洗脱方法。结果:马钱苷平均回收率100.1%、RSD为2.0%,没食子酸平均回收率97.2%、RSD为1.1%,芍药苷平均回收率101.8%,RSD为1.1%,丹皮酚平均回收率99.6%、RSD为1.6%。结论:本方法简便可靠,精密度高,重复性好,可用于六味地黄汤有效成分含量测定。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To establish a quantitative method of active components in Liuwei Dihuang decoction.METHODS RP-HPLC was used for the content determination by gradient elution with acetonitrile and 0.15% phosphoric acid.RESULTS The average recovery of loganin was 100.1%,RSD was 2.0%.The average recovery of Gallic acid was 97.2%,RSD was 1.1%.The average recovery of paeoniflorin was 101.8%,RSD was 1.1%.The average recovery of paeonol was 99.6%,RSD was 1.6%.CONCLUSION The method is simple,relible,rapid and accurate for the quantitative analysis of active components of Louwei Dihuang decoction. |
