摘    要:心外膜脂肪(EAT)属内脏脂肪组织,具有复杂的生理及病理特性,对于多种心血管相关疾病的发生、发展及预后等具有重要影响。随着人工智能(AI)的快速发展,基于AI分割EAT并用于诊疗心血管疾病等已成为研究热点。本文就AI分割EAT研究进展进行综述。

Abstract:Epicardial adipose tissue (EAT) belongs to visceral adipose tissue, which has complex physiological and pathological characteristics and plays a particularly important role in the occurrence, progression and prognosis of various cardiovascular diseases. Recent years, with the rapid development of artificial intelligence (AI), segmentation of EAT based on AI and relative applications in diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular diseases became research hotspots. The research progresses of AI for segmentation of EAT were reviewed in this article.
