甲基强的松龙冲击治疗儿童肾病综合征的细节护理

目的探讨细节护理在甲基强的松龙冲击治疗儿童肾病综合征中的应用效果。方法将64例肾病综合征患儿按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组32例,均采用甲基强的松龙冲击治疗。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上加强细节护理。比较2组治疗前后尿微量蛋白相关指标的变化及临床疗效。结果治疗后2组尿微量蛋白相关指标较治疗前均有显著改善(均P<0.01),但观察组改善程度显著大于对照组(均P<0.05)。观察组总有效率96.9%,对照组87.5%,观察组高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对于采取甲基强的松龙冲击治疗的肾病综合征患儿,在常规护理的基础上,从儿童的心理特征出发,强化细节护理,对于提高治疗效果具有积极意义,值得临床借鉴。

Detail Nursing of Children Undergoing Methylprednisolone Impact Therapy for Nephrotic Syndrome

Objective To explore the efficacy of detail nursing in children undergoing methylpre- dnisolone impact therapy for nephrotie syndrome. Methods Sixty-four children with nephrotic synd- rome were given methylprednisolone impact therapy and were randomly assigned to receive routine nursing（control group, n=32） or in combination with strengthened detail nursing （experimental group, n=32）.Changes in urine protein-related indicators and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups. Results Urine protein-related indicators were significantly improved after treatment in both groups（P〈0.01 ）,and the improvement in experimental group was more obvious than that in control group（P〈0.05）. The total effective rate was 96.9% and 87.5% in experimental group and control group, respectively. However, the difference was not significant between the two groups（P〉0.05）. Conclusion On the basis of routine nursing, strengthening detail nursing for the psychological characteristics of children has important significance for improving therapeutic efficacy and is worth considering in the treatment of nephrotic syndrome in children.
