南康市家具从业人员变态反应性鼻炎流行病学调查

目的 调查南康市家具从业人员变态反应性鼻炎(AR)的发病现状.方法 2012年6-9月,以南康市166个家具厂4 662名家具从业人员为研究对象,由南康市第一人民医院经过培训的调查组人员通过问病史、鼻专科检查及鼻分泌物行嗜酸性粒细胞检查,对家具从业人员AR的发病情况进行调查分析.结果 4 662名家具从业人员确诊为AR者1 534例,发病率为32.90％.其中木工、油漆工、安装搬运工发病率(平均35.84％)明显高于行政管理人员(12.48％)(P＜0.01).男女发病率比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).坚持个人防护的从业人员AR发病率为21.78％,明显低于无个人防护的从业人员39.72％(P＜0.05).结论 AR有逐年增高的趋势.加强环境治理和个人防护以及积极有效的治疗,有助于控制AR患者的症状,减少并发症的发生.

Epidemiological Investigation of Allergic Rhinitis Among Furniture Workers in Nankang

Objective To investigate prevalence of allergic rhinitis （AR）among furniture workers in Nankang. Methods A total of 4 662 furniture workers from 166 furniture factories were enrolled from June to September, 2012 in Nankang city. The prevalence of AR was surveyed by asking medical history, specialized nasal examination, and eosinophils detection in nasal secretion. Results Among the 4 662 furniture workers,AR was confirmed in 1 534（32.90%）.Compared with administrative managers, the incidence of AR significantly increased in carpenters, painters and porters （35.84% vs 12.48% ,P〈0.01 ）. No significant differ~nces were found between males and females（P〉0.05）. Compared with workers without personal protection, the incidence of AR significantly decreased in workers with personal protection （21.78% vs 39.72%,P〈0.05）. Conclusion There is an increasing trend in the prevalence of AR. Environmental governance, personal protection and effective treatment should be strengthened to control symptoms and reduce complications in AR patients.
