| 摘 要： | 目的了解深圳市龙岗区近2年皮肤性病科门诊泌尿生殖道炎症患者中淋球菌、沙眼衣原体和解脲支原体感染的检出情况,为泌尿生殖道感染的临床治疗提供依据。方法回顾性收集2011年1月-2012年12月期间1 792份泌尿生殖道标本的实验室检测结果进行统计学描述与分析。结果 1 792份标本中,共检出阳性标本357份(19.92%),以非淋菌性尿道炎为主;其中NG、CT和UU的阳性率分别为5.47%、3.96%和6.98%,2种及多种病原体混合感染阳性率为3.52%。不论男性还是女性,性活跃期患者性病病原体检出率均显著高于其他年龄人群(P<0.05);女性患者常见性病病原体总检出率(P<0.05)及NG检出率(P<0.01)显著高于男性患者。结论加强对性活跃期患者淋球菌、沙眼衣原体和解脲支原体的检测对泌尿生殖道感染防治可能有重要意义。
