血管吻合与空肠移植在食管外科中的应用

采用空肠系膜血管吻合，施行空肠移植术修复各种类型的食管胃缺损１８例。其中２例采用甲状腺上动脉与肠系膜动脉吻合，１６例采用颈横动脉与肠系膜动脉吻合，全组１８例均采用颈外浅静脉与肠系膜静脉吻合。带蒂空肠移植７例，游离空肠移植１０例，游离空肠片移植１例。全组无手术死亡。文中就手术适应证及手术技术进行了讨论。

Application of Jejunum Autotransplantation and Vascular Anastomosis in Esophageal Surgery

Eighteen cases of various type of esophageal defects underwent repair with jejunum autotransplantation and vascular anastomosis.The mesenteric artery was anastomosed to the left cervical transverse artery in 16 cases,to left superior thyroid artery in 2.The mesenteric vein was connected to external jugular vein in 18 cases.Vascular anastomosis was done to supply additional blood to the jejunum segment with mesentery pedicle in 7 cases,to the isolated jejunum in 10,to the isolated jejunum piece in 1. All the autotransplanted jejunum survived.There was no 30 days post-operative mortality in this series.The indications for operation and surgical technique were discussed.
