| 摘 要： | 应用颈阔肌皮瓣重建颈段食管全周性缺损和修复颈部食管狭窄７例。结果肌瓣全部成活；无术后死亡。除１例因进食呛咳需部分鼻饲饮食外，余６例完全恢复吞咽功能。文中对手术方法、优点及体会进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | This paper reports the results of reconstruction of circumferential defect and repair of stricture of cervical esophagus with platysma myocutaneous flaps in 7 cases.All flaps survived and there was no death after operation.In one patient nasal feeding was instituted because of an irritating cough in swallowing food. The others regained normal swallowing.The operative methods,advantages and experiences were discussed. |
