以同侧余肺切除完成全肺切除22例

报告以同侧余肺切除完成全肺切除病例２２例，占我院肺手术的０．３６％（２２／６０９４）。距第一次肺手术时间１个月至２６年。主要手术适应证：（１）肺结核复发；（２）支气管扩张症残留症状；（３）肺癌复发；（４）治疗肺切除术后余肺严重并发症。术后主要并发症是支气管胸膜瘘。我们认为，严格手术指征、了解第一次肺手术的全过程、提高手术技巧是余肺切除术取得成功的关键。

Pneumonectomy of the Sesidual Lung.A Report of 22 Cases

This paper reported pneumonectomy of the residual lung in 22 cases which occupied 0.36% of 6094 cases of lung surgeries performed in the same period of time.The interval between two operation varied from one month to 26 years.The principal indications of the operation were:(1) recurrence of pulmonary tuberculosis;(2) persistance of symptoms of bronchectasis;(3)recurrence of lung carcinoma;(4) serious postresectional pulmonary complication,mainly bronchopleural fistula.The author regards the following points as the key in obtaining successful results:restrict the.Indications,full understanding of the whole process of the previous operation and improving the skills.
