Survivin基因在宫颈鳞癌和腺癌中的表达及其临床意义

目的：探讨 Survivi在宫颈鳞癌和腺癌中的表达及其与肿瘤病理类型、肿瘤大小以及有无淋巴结转移等临床病理的相互关系.方法：采用免疫组化法检测10例慢性宫颈炎、30例宫颈鳞癌以及30例宫颈腺癌石蜡包埋标本的Survivin表达.结果：Survivin在10例慢性宫颈炎中的阳性表达率为10% （1/10）,在宫颈鳞癌中的阳性表达率为56.67%（17/30）,在宫颈腺癌的阳性表达率为80%（24/30）,差异有统计学意义,P ＜0.01.Survivin阳性表达与患者年龄、肿瘤大小、病理分级及临床分期无相关性,P＞0.05;与病理类型（P＜0.05）、淋巴结转移（P ＜0.01）有相关性.Survivin胞核强阳性表达与肿瘤病理类型（P＜0.05）、肿瘤大小（P＜0.05）以及淋巴结转移（P＜0.01）有相关性.结论：Survivin表达与宫颈癌特别与宫颈腺癌有关, 其胞核强阳性表达可能反应预后.

Expression of survivin in squamous cell carcinoma, adenocarcinoma of the uterine cervix and its clinical significance

OBJECTIVE:To explore the expression of survivin in chronic cervicitis, squamous cell carcinoma and adenocarcinoma of the uterine cervix and the relationships with the tumor pathological types, the tumor size and lymph node status.METHODS: The expression of survivin was detected for 10 specimens of chronic cervicitis, 30 specimens of squamous cell carcinomas and 30 specimens of adenocarcinoma of the uterine cervix by immunohistochemis-try.RESULTS: Survivin expression was observed in only one case of the chronic cervicitis (1/10), the positive rate was 56.7%(17/30) in squamous cell carcinoma and 80% (24/30) in adenocarcinoma,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01).The expression was related to lymph node metastasis (P<0.01) and pathological types (P<0.05), but there was no relationship with age,tumor size,pathological grade,clinical stage (P>0.05).The strong nuclear positve had the relataionship with the clinicopathological types, tumor size (P<0.05) and lymph node metastasis (P<0.01). CONCLUSION: The expression of survivin has correlation with cervical carcinoma, especially for adenocarcinoma. Its strong expression in the cell nuclear could predict prognosis.
