56例腕部电烧伤患者的治疗分析

目的探讨腕部电烧伤患者创面修复方法.方法回顾分析近8年来收治的56例腕部电烧伤患者的创面处理方法与功能恢复程度或截肢之间的关系.结果早期行清创,皮瓣移植术,患肢较非手术疗法或晚期手术患肢的功能恢复好,愈合时间短,早期切开减压比未切开减压截肢率降低.结论早期切开减压,早期清创,皮瓣修复是腕部电烧伤患者的创面处理的较好方法,是降低截肢率的重要措施.

Analysis of treatment on 56 cases of wrist electric burn

Objective: To explore the treatment on raw surface of wrist electric burn.method: 56 cases of wrist electric burn were retrospectively analyzed the relationship between raw surface and function recovery or amputation. Results: Compared with patients receiving non surgical treatment and late surgical treatment, patients receiving debriding timely, flap transplantation had better function recoery and less repairing the rate of amputation in patients treated by decompression was lower than that in patoents without decompression. Conclusion: Decompression timely, debriding timely and flap transplantation are good methods to treat wrist electric burn. And key methods to prevent amputation.
