电子互动式排班在呼吸内科优质护理服务中的应用

摘    要:目的:使用计算机信息技术进行电子互动式排班,优化排班方式,合理人力配置,提高优质护理服务质量。方法:电子互动排班系统软件,将护士长排班法与护理人员自我排班法利用计算机信息技术结合起来,进行电子互动排班,替代传统的护士长手工排班。系统在呼吸内科运行6个月后,对比多项护理服务质量指标,分析软件应用效果。结果:实施电子互动排班后,护理人员配置合理,患者投诉、护理缺陷均有所下降,住院患者满意度、护理人员工作满意度、责任护士患者病情掌握度均有所提高。结论:电子互动式排班在优化排班方式、强化激励效应、推动人文护理建设、实现护理工作信息化等方面取得了很好的效果。

Application of electronic interactive scheduling high quality nursing service in respiratory internal medicine department

Abstract:Objective:To use computer information technology to electronic interactive schedule,optimization scheduling method,the reasonable configuration of human,improve the quality of high quality nursing service. Methods:The head nurse scheduling method and nursing staff self scheduling method combined with the electronic interactive scheduling system software to replacement the traditional manual scheduling. System in respiratory medicine running after six months,compared to a number of nursing service quality indicators,analyze software application effect. Results:After scheduling implement electronic inter-action,the reasonable nursing staffing,complaint and nursing defects of patients,hospitalized patients satisfaction,nursing staff job satisfaction,responsibility nurses master the degree of patients were improved. Conclusion:The electronic interactive scheduling optimization scheduling mode,strengthening the incen-tive effect,promote the construction of humanistic care,and realizing the informatization of the nursing work has obtained the good effect.
