| 丽珠肠乐联合柳氮磺吡啶治疗溃疡性结肠炎36例 |

| 摘 要： | 目的:评价联合丽珠肠乐治疗溃疡性结肠炎(UC)的疗效。方法:轻、中度活动期UC患者72例,随机分为丽珠肠乐加柳氮磺吡啶(SASP)治疗组(n=36)和SASP对照组(n=36),评价治疗前后总的疗效、主要症状的变化。结果:治疗组总有效率为91.66%,明显高于对照组(总有效率为77.78%);腹痛、腹泻、黏液血便、里急后重主要症状变化的比较两组间有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:联合丽珠肠乐治疗溃疡性结肠炎比单用SASP疗效好。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic effect of live bifidobacterium preparation combined with sulfasalazine (SASP) in the treatment of ulcerative colitis (UC).Methods:72 patients with mild or moderate UC (active phase) were divided into group A (n=36) and B (n=36).The patients in group A were treated with live bifidobacterium preparation and SASP,while those in group B,serving as the controls,were treated with SASP.The total efficacy rate and the changes of main symptoms were statistically analyzed.Conclusion:Combinationof live bifidobacterium preparation and SASP is superior to SASP alone in the treatment of UC. |
