蒙药耧斗菜的薄层色谱鉴别法及浸出物的建立

摘    要:目的:建立蒙药材耧斗菜的薄层色谱鉴别法;制定其水分、灰分、酸不溶性灰分及浸出物的限度检查,为耧斗菜药材的质量标准提供依据。方法:采用薄层色谱法鉴定耧斗菜的有效成分,按照2005年版《中国药典》方法对耧斗菜的浸出物、水分、灰分进行含量测定。结果:测得耧斗菜药材中含有阿魏酸,浸出物不得少于20%,总灰分不得超过11.0%。结论:耧斗菜的薄层色谱鉴别及浸出物、水分、灰分含量可作为蒙药耧斗菜药材质量标准的重要指标之一。

Abstract:Objective:To establish a scientific quality standard for Aquilegia viridiflora Pall by measuring the contents of carbohydrate components and its extract.Methods:TLC method was used to determine the contents of carbohydate components.According to the Pharmacopoeia of People's Republic of China,the contents of extract and ash of Aquilegia viridiflora Pall were measured.Results:The following measurements were determined.The contents of total carbohydrate of Aquilegia viridiflora Pall,extract of Aquilegia viridiflora Pall can not less than 20%,and ash of Aquilegia viridiflora Pall can not greater than 11.0%.Conclusion: The carbohydrate and extract of Aquilegia viridiflora Pall are an important index of the quality standard for Aquilegia viridiflora Pall.
