高血压合并急性脑血管病患者血压个体化治疗分析

目的探讨高血压合并急性脑血管病(ACVD)血压个体化治疗效果。方法将232例确诊为高血压合并ACVD的住院患者分成治疗组和对照组,两组均予降颅压、降纤、抗凝等常规治疗,治疗组除上述措施外,根据血压高低予以个体化治疗,观察两组ACVD在治疗20天的疗效,并进行统计学分析。结果治疗组治愈率和总有效率分别为27.19%和81.58%。对照组则为15.25%和61.02%。两组间比较有显著性差异。结论确定目标血压行个体化治疗是抢救ACVD的重要环节。

Individualized Treatment for Hypertension with Acute Cerebral Vessels Disease

Objective To compare the results of regular treatment and individualized treatment for hypertension with acute cerebral vessels disease(ACVD).Methods 232 hospitalized hypertension patients with ACVD were randomly divided into two groups: the treatment group and the contrast group.Both of the two groups were treated with regular therapy of lowering intracranial pressure and anticoagulant.Besides measures mentioned,the patients in the treatment group were received individualized treatment according to their blood pressure.The curative effect of the two groups was followed up after 20 days of the treatment.Statistical analysis was used to compare the results.Results The cure rate and total effective rate at 20 days were 27.19%,81.58% and 15.25% and 61.02% in the treatment group and contrast group,respectively.The difference between the two groups was remarkable(P<0.05).Conclusions Individualized treatment is an important effective measure in emergency treatment of hypertension patients with ACVD.
