2型糖尿病与幽门螺杆菌感染

目的:探讨2型糖尿病与幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染的关系。方法:采用14C呼气试验测定230例2型糖尿病患者Hp感染情况。结果:2型糖尿病患者的Hp阳性率为76%;且消化道症状如烧心、反酸、腹胀等的发生率明显高于Hp阴性组;其中有胃轻瘫者Hp感染率明显高于无胃轻瘫者;Hp阳性组糖尿病症状、糖尿病肾病、糖尿病周围神经病变发生率与Hp阴性组差异无显著性。结论:2型糖尿病患者Hp感染率高于正常人,合并有胃轻瘫者Hp感染率明显高于无胃轻瘫者,伴Hp感染的2型糖尿病患者消化道症状较明显,但对糖尿病症状及并发症发生无影响。

The Relationship between Type 2 Diabites Mellitus and H Pilary Infection

Objective Sdudy the H pilary (Hp)infection in type 2 diabetic patients and the effect of Hp infection on diabites mellitus。Methods 14 C urea brearh test was performed to check the Hp infection in 230 cases of patients suffering from type 2 diabetes mellitus. Results Hp positive rate revealed to be 76% in type 2 diabetic patients. The occurring of gastraenteriz symptoms such as hearburn,regurgitaton and flatulence is significantly higher in Hp positive group than in Hp negative group. The Hp in fection rate has a significant increace in patients with gastroparesis compered to those with no gastroparesis. The two groups have no obvious difference in happening of diabetic symptoms. Diabetiz nephropathy and diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Conclusion Hp infection rate is higher in type 2 diabetic group than in healthy group. Type 2 diabetic patients with gastroparesis has a higher Hp infection rate than these without type 2 diabetic patients with Hp infection have quite obvious gastric symptoms,but Hp infection has no effect on symptoms or complications of diabetes.
