摘    要:目的观察胶质瘤组织中耐药蛋白谷胱甘肽S转移酶π(GST-π)、O6-甲基鸟嘌呤DNA甲基转移酶(MGMT)在胶质瘤组织中的表达变化,为临床制订个体化化疗方案提供依据。方法选取69例胶质瘤病理切片,采用免疫组化SP法检测GST-π、MGMT,分析其与胶质瘤病理级别的关系及两者表达的相关性。结果 69例胶质瘤组织中GST-π阳性表达率为72.46%(50/69),其表达强度与病理分级呈正相关(r=0.374,P〈0.05);MGMT阳性率为63.77%(44/69),其表达强度与胶质瘤病理分级无关(P〉0.05)。GST-π与MGMT的表达无相关性(P〉0.05)。结论 GST-π的表达与胶质瘤恶性程度有关,MGMT与恶性程度无关。检测胶质瘤组织中GST-π、MGMT有利于指导临床进行个体化化疗。

Abstract:Objective To study the expression of glutathione S-transferase л(GST-π) and O6-methylguanine-DNA methyltransferase(MGMT) in glioma tissue and to provide experimental data for making individua-lized clinical chemotherapy regimens.Method The expression of GST-π and MGMT in 69 cases glioma tissue were detected by immunohistochemical SP method.Results The positive expression rate of GST-π was 72.46%(50/69),expression intensity was positively correlated with pathological grade(r=0.374,P〈0.05).The positive expression rate of MGMT was 63.77%(44/69),expression intensity had nothing to do with pathological grades(P〉0.05).There was no correlation between the expression of GST-π and MGMT in glioma(P〉0.05).Conclusions The expression of GST-π in glioma is related with its malignance,but MGMT is not;It is preferable to instruct individualized clinical chemotherapy by assaying simultaneously the expression of GST-π and MGMT.
