广西城乡居民伤害发生的现况调查

目的了解广西城乡居民伤害的发生率、顺位及其城乡地区分布差异，为广西伤害防制策略制定提供参考依据。方法使用问卷调查表，经多阶段整群随机抽样，对广西7个市县3360户家庭的人群进行入户询问调查。结果广西城乡居民经医疗机构诊治的伤害年发生率为27．98‰，城市（32．76‰）高于农村（24．95‰）（P〈0．05）：伤害发生前五位原因依次是动物伤、跌落，坠落、机动车车祸、刀，锐器伤、非机动车车祸，城市和农村居民的第一位伤害原因均为动物伤；伤害发生地点以家中（40．15％）、公路，街道（23．11％）、公共居住场所（9．85％）为主，家中发生的伤害事件前四位的依次是动物伤、跌落，坠落、刀胤器伤和烧烫伤；伤害治疗转归中，有21．46％伤害病例要经住院治疗，有1．53％伤害病例发生残疾事件。结论动物伤已成为广西经医疗机构诊治伤害的首位原因，应引起广西伤害卫生工作者的极大重视，采取有针对性的干预措施重点防治。

Survey of incidence of injuries among urban and rural residents in Guangxi

Objective To understand the incidence of injury and its distribution between urban and rural areas in Guangxi. Methods A multi-stage cluster randomized sampling of 3 660 families in 7 cities （or counties） in Guangxi was conducted . Results The annual incidence was 27.98‰ for the cases diagnosed and treated in hospital,higher in urban areas （32.76‰） than in rural areas （24.95‰） （P〈0.05）; The top 5 causes of injury were animal injury,falling,traffic accident, sharps injury and non-motor vehicle accident. The top cause of injury is animal injury beth in urban and rural areas. Injury mainly took place at home （40.15%）,road / street （23.11%）,pubhc places （9.85%）,and the top 4 causes of injury taking place in home are animal injury,falling,sharps injury and bum. 21.46% of the injuries were treated in hospitals, 1.53% became physical disables. Conclusion Animal injury has become the top cause of injury in Guangxi and preventive measures be taken.
