过敏性鼻炎与哮喘患者血清黏附分子及白细胞介素的研究

摘    要:目的探讨血清可溶性细胞间黏附分子-1(sICAM-1)、可溶性血管细胞间黏附分子-1(sVCAM-1)、可溶性E选择素(sE-selectin)、自细胞介素4(IL-4)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)在过敏性鼻炎、哮喘、过敏性鼻炎并哮喘患者中的差异。方法103例患者按不同病因分为哮喘组33例,过敏性鼻炎组35例;过敏性鼻炎合并哮喘患者组(合并组)35例,对照组35例,4组受试者均采用双抗体夹心ELISA法检测血清中sICAM-1、sVCAM-1、sE-selectin、IL-4、IL-10的水平并进行组间比较。结果哮喘组、过敏性鼻炎组、合并组血清中sICAM-1、sVCAM-1、sE-selectin、IL-4、IL-10水平均较对照组升高(均P〈0.01)。合并组血清中sICAM-1、sVCAM-1、sE.selectin、IL-4、IL-10水平较哮喘组均增高(P〈0.05或P〈0.01),过敏性鼻炎组各指标水平同哮喘组差异不明显。结论过敏性鼻炎、哮喘有类似的炎性过程,合并组血清黏附分子及IL-4、IL-10水平升高明显。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (slCAM-1), soluble vascular cell adhesion molecule 1 (sVCAM-1), soluble E-selecfin ( sE-selectin ), interleukin 4 (IL-4) and interleukin 10(IL-10) on pathogenesis of patient with Allergic rhinitis (AR) and Bronchial asthma. Methods Thirty-three patients with asthma,35 patients with AR, 35 patients with AB accompanying bronchial asthma (BA) and 35 controls were included. The concentration odd sICAM-1 ,sVCAM-1 ,sE-selectin ,IL-4,IL-10 in the sera was measured by double antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results The level of sICAM-1, sVCAM-1, sE-selectin ,IL-4 , IL-10 greatly increased intreatment group than control group (P <0.01). There was statistical difference of sICAM-I, sVCAM-1, sE-selectin, IL-4, IL-10 between the group of AR accompanying bronchialasthma and the group of bronchial asthma. Conclusion The study shows that both AR and asthma are characterized by means of a similar inflammatory process through upregulation of adhesion molecules. The leveh of soluble adhesion molecules, IL-4, IL-10 are significantly high in AR accompanying bronchial asthma compared with AR and asthma.
