| 摘 要： | 心理治疗 输卵管结扎术 焦虑 疼痛目的：探讨心理治疗在输卵管结扎术前、后对受术者焦虑和疼痛的影响。方法：300例进行输卵管结扎术的妇女,随机分为两组,观察组在术前、术中分别进行心理治疗,对照组不进行心理治疗,只进行一般性治疗。结果：观察组接受心理治疗的妇女心理焦虑程度、手术疼痛程度均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P均〈0.01）。结论：心理治疗可以明显改善女性输卵管结扎术的焦虑和疼痛。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the effect of psychological treatment on patients with tubal ligation.Methods:Three hundred patients with tubal ligation were randomly divided into two groups:observation group and control group.Patients in observation group were treated by psychological therapy before and during the surgery,while patients in control group were treated in ordinary way.Results:Women in observation group feel significantly less anxiety and pain due to surgery(P<0.01),compared with control group.Conclusion:Psychological treatment can obviously relieve anxiety and painness due to tubal ligation surgery. |
