婴幼儿良性硬膜下积液11例治疗分析

目的 探讨婴幼儿良性硬膜下积液的临床表现、诊断及治疗. 方法 2000-01～2007-06收治11例婴幼儿良性硬膜下积液,男8例,女3例,初诊年龄3～15个月,平均7.2个月.6例头围偏大(合并 1例癫),4例轻微头外伤(合并1例生长发育迟滞)和另1例因偶然原因头颅CT发现异常后求诊.结果 4例头外伤患儿均经穿刺或钻孔引流治疗积液无改善;7例未经手术治疗,其中1例癫患儿予抗癫治疗;所有患儿生后15～30个月积液消失,生长发育正常.结论 婴幼儿良性硬膜下积液通常无临床症状,大部分可有头围大,少部分有癫、一过性生长发育迟滞等症状.CT是诊断的主要工具,该病为自限性疾病,多数不需治疗.

Diagnosis and treatment for innocent subdural collection of fluid in infants
