补脏通络加减方治疗2型糖尿病失眠症小样本临床观察

目的观察补脏通络加减方改善2型糖尿病失眠症的临床效果。方法 60例2型糖尿病失眠症患者随机分成治疗组36例,对照组24例。在维持原降糖治疗方案基础上,对照组加服安定片,治疗组加服补脏通络加减方,疗程均为2周。观察两组治疗前后睡眠状况、临床症状及空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2h血糖(2hPG)改善情况。结果失眠症状疗效比较:两组总有效率有显著性差异(P0.05),治疗组总有效率高于对照组。糖尿病临床症状疗效比较:两组总有效率有显著性差异(P0.01),治疗组总有效率高于对照组。血糖比较:治疗组治疗后FBG、2hPG下降明显,与治疗前比较有显著性差异(P0.01),与对照组治疗后比较有显著性差异(P0.01)。结论补脏通络加减方在改善2型糖尿病失眠症失眠症状、临床症状及血糖紊乱方面明显优于安定,且不良反应较小。补脏通络加减方治疗2型糖尿病失眠症具有较好疗效,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical Observation on Modified Buzang Tongluo Decoction in Treatment of Type 2 Diabetic Insomnia

Objective To observe the clinical effect of modified Buzang Tongluo decoction on type 2 diabetic insomnia.Methods 60 cases of patients with type 2 diabetic insomnia were randomly divided into treatment group (n=36) and control group (n=24).Control group added diazepam tablets,treatment group added modified Buzang Tongluo decoction on the basis of hypoglycemic treatment.The course of treatment was 2 weeks.Symptoms of insomnia and clinical symptoms,levels of FBG,2hPG were observed in both groups before and after treatment.Results The curative effect of insomnia symptoms:there was significant difference between the two groups (P＜0.05),the total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group.Comparison of clinical symptoms of diabetes:there was significant difference between the two groups (P＜0.01),the total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group.Blood glucose comparison:FBG and 2hPG of treatment group decreased significantly after treatment,compared with before treatment,there was significant difference (P＜0.01),compared with control group after treatment,there was significant difference (P＜0.01).Conclusion Modified Buzang Tongluo decoction is superior to diazepam tablets on improving the symptoms of insomnia,clinical symptoms and blood sugar disorder of type 2 diabetic insomnia.
