坐浴一号洗液抗炎镇痛药效作用研究

目的对坐浴一号洗液进行抗炎镇痛药效作用研究,以期为该制剂治疗肛瘘术后创面愈合的临床疗效提供现代药理学实验依据。方法采用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀炎症模型和醋酸致小鼠扭体疼痛模型,以金玄痔科熏洗散中成药制剂为阳性药物对照,分为高、中、低剂量组观察坐浴一号的抗炎和镇痛药理作用。结果坐浴一号与阳性药物组比较,其低剂量组无显著性差异,但中剂量组和高剂量组均有显著性差异,优于阳性药物组。结论坐浴一号洗液具有明显的抗炎和镇痛作用。

Research on the Anti-inflammatory and Analgesic Effect of Zuoyu No.1 Washing Lotion

Objective To explore the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect of Zuoyu No.1 washing lotion, in order to provide experimental basis of clinical pharmacology for wound healing after anal fistula operation.Methods Mice ear swelling models induced by xylene and mice writhing pain models induced by acetic acid were divided into Zuoyu No.1 washing lotion high, medium and low dose groups, Jinxuan Zhike fumigating and washing powder were used as positive drug control, to observe the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of Zuoyu No.1 washing lotion.Results There was no significant differences between Zuoyu No.1 washing lotion low dose group and positive drug control group, but there were significant differences between Zuoyu No.1 washing lotion middle dose group, high dose group and positive drug group.The anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect of Zuoyu No.1 washing lotion groups were better than that of positive drug group.Conclusion Zuoyu No.1 washing lotion has obvious anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect.
